Ikoedem Ekong

Ikoedem Ekong is an excellent leader in the Pastor Umo Eno Administration where he serves as the Commissioner for Labour & Manpower Planning. He is a visionary mediator and a trusted voice. He is happily married with lovely children who take after his peaceful nature. With over three decades of experience in leadership, conflict resolution, and community championing, he has dedicated his life to attaining peace. He holds a diploma in Personnel Management and a degree in Political Science from the University of Uyo. Ikoedem Ekong has championed peace right from his early days at Exxon Mobile and is still doing so till date. He is known for his servant leadership, and commitment to peace. He believes that leadership is not about power, but about service—and he continues to stand by that.

Mr. Ekong is committed to fostering peace through leadership, and resolving conflict in the grassroots, across cultures, and even on diplomatic fronts.
